International Fraud Guard (IFG) is the proposed name of a non-profit association in formation, with a proposed registered office in London, England.
The proposed legal form is a Private Company Limited by Guarantee, governed by the Companies Act 2006. Until incorporation is completed and a registration number is obtained, the association is not an incorporated legal entity.
IFG is not a registered charity, a governmental organisation, an international agency, a police authority, an authorised law firm or a formally recognised foundation.
The founder and promoter is Ragusa Matteo Stefano, acting as Co-Founder. The registered office address will be published once incorporation is complete.
