Purposes: assessing assistance requests, replying to messages, reviewing professional applications and complying with legal obligations. Information relating to reports is not published or indexed.
Legal basis: the data subject's consent, pre-contractual measures and any applicable legal obligations. Providing the data marked as required is necessary to assess the request.
Retention: data is kept for as long as necessary to assess and handle the file and, subsequently, for the period required by applicable obligations.
Recipients: professionals involved in the assessment, to the extent necessary and with consent, and technical providers processing data on behalf of the association.
Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, together with the right to withdraw consent at any time. Requests may be sent through the contact form.
Transfers: data may be processed outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, applying the safeguards required by applicable law.
