Company name, registration number, verifiable address and beneficial owner.
- 02
Have you verified the property, vehicle or aircraft with an official source?
Public registers, sector authorities, ownership documents and land or title records.
- 03
Do the bank details match the party named in the contract?
An account held by a third party, or in another country, is a warning sign.
- 04
Is the contract in a language you understand, and does it state the governing law?
Ask for a complete version, with jurisdiction and cancellation terms.
- 05
Have you been asked to pay urgently, with no time for checks?
